A Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén Vármegyei Bv. Intézetben több éve folyik vakvezető kölyökkutyák képzése. A börtön és a Vakok és Gyengénlátók Országos Szövetségének együttműködése során fiatalkorú fogvatartottak vakvezető kutyanövendékeket nevelnek, szocializálják, előképzik őket.
